Venture Kick

The business idea must be based on a scientific discipline and specific research results. Employees and students from Swiss universities (ETH, university, university of applied sciences) are eligible to participate. The company must not yet be founded and no risk capital may yet be available.

Since 2007, the funding initiative has honored ideators from Swiss colleges and universities (students, doctoral students, post-docs, professors, etc.). The application can be submitted via the homepage all year round and, ideally, three different phases will be completed within new months.

The funding contribution is awarded individually based on the phases completed. If all three phases have been completed, a grant of CHF 150,000 will be awarded.
