After completing a banking apprenticeship and attending evening high school, Michele Blasucci studied law at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). During his studies, he set up the audit firm BKK Audit AG and the trust company Findea AG, which he moved to Winterthur and further expanded after graduation. In summer 2005, he launched the start-up platform Startups.ch AG. Within a short period of time, Startups.ch became the leading company start-up platform in Switzerland. He has been managing Nexus AG since September 2014.

Simon Husi completed his law degree at the University of Zurich with a Master of Law. After completing his studies, he worked both at the Zurich District Court and in a Zurich commercial law firm and was subsequently admitted to the Zurich Bar. He has been working for Startups.ch since September 2021. Simon is fluent in German and English.

Bálint Farkas completed a double master's degree in Accounting and Finance as well as in International Management at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). During his studies, he supported the finance department at Startups.ch and, after a short training period, took over the areas of accounting and controlling. He has been CFO of Startups.ch since June 2019.

Mattia Piccoli holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in accounting and finance, both from the University of St. Gallen. His professional career has included positions in strategic marketing, project management, and digital product development. In doing so, he developed a keen sense for market trends, customer needs, and innovative technologies. With a strong focus on growth, brand strategy, and data-driven marketing, he combines business expertise with digital innovation to position companies for the future and develop them sustainably.

Samy Benzaoui holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Fribourg. After graduating from the Geneva Bar School (ECAV) and completing his traineeship at a law firm in Geneva, he was admitted to the Geneva Bar. He also worked as a legal advisor for a federation specialized in labor law and social insurance, and as a legal consultant at Startups.ch, a company he rejoined in 2023 to take over the management of its branches in French-speaking Switzerland. Samy is fluent in French and English.

Samuele attended the State Institute for Higher Education “City of Luino - Carlo Volontè”, where he received his diploma in programming/accounting. For ten years, he worked as an accountant for Lugano trust companies. Parallel to his professional career, he attended a course to become a specialist in finance and accounting. In 2013, he obtained a federal certificate in finance and accounting. Samuele speaks Italian and English.

Sabrina Orteca completed her federal HR certificate in 2016 and gained over 9 years of HR experience in various international companies.

Nicole Eberle studied law at the University of Zurich and completed her studies with a Master of Law. During and after her studies, Nicole worked at a management consultancy in Zurich. She then worked as a lawyer in a law firm and at the administration in the canton of Thurgau. Nicole has been advising company founders at Startups.ch since July 2019.

Ebtessam Al Awadhi holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Geneva. After graduating from the Geneva Bar School (ECAV) and completing her traineeship at the Civil Court of the Republic and canton of Geneva, as well as in a law firm in Geneva, she was admitted to the Geneva Bar. She joined Startups.ch in 2025. Ebtessam is fluent in French, English, Arabic and Spanish, and she has a good level in Italian.

Manuele Spaar completed his apprenticeship as a businessman in a service company in Thurgau. He then completed his bachelor's degree in business law at the ZHAW School of Management and Law. Manuele speaks German, English and Italian.

Tanja Balseiro studied at the ZHAW School of Management and Law and completed her studies with a bachelor's degree in business law. During and after her studies, Tanja worked in a commercial law firm in Zurich. She then worked as a lawyer in a hospital group. Tanja has been advising company founders at Startups.ch since April 2023.

Emilija Milenkovic completed her apprenticeship as a clerk at Helvetia Insurance in St. Gallen. She then gained further experience in the insurance sector. Since May 2023, she has been joining the customer care team at Startups.ch. In addition to her professional activities, she studies business law at the ZHAW School of Management and Law in Winterthur. Emilija speaks German, English and Serbian.

Nicola Hamann recognized his passion for the trust industry early on — he completed a commercial apprenticeship at a trust company in Kreuzlingen TG. After graduating as a trustee with a federal certificate in autumn 2017, he gained almost 5 years of experience in auditing and completed further training as a Dipl. Auditor completed. He has worked for Findea AG since April 2023.

Annika Ernst had her first experience with the fiduciary sector as a management trainee at the Lucerne SHL Hotel Management School. After graduating from the Hôtelière - Restauratrice HF diploma, she then worked as an account manager for a trustee for hotel and catering businesses. Annika has a bachelor's degree in business administration. ‍

Originally from Geneva, Bastien places great importance on maintaining a healthy balance between professional life, sport, and well-being. Passionate about sports—especially football—he also serves as a referee in the Promotion League, an activity that reflects his sense of responsibility, rigor, and commitment. He also actively shares his expertise by occasionally contributing to training programs for other professionals in the field.

After graduating from high school in the canton of Vaud and a CFC d'employé de commerce in the canton of Geneva, I decided to obtain the federal trust diploma.

Gian completed his commercial training in 2013 and then went on to obtain his vocational baccalaureate diploma. In October 2022, he obtained the Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence as a fiduciary. In February 2025, he began further training to become a certified tax expert. He has been working in the fiduciary industry since 2019. He will be joining the Taxea.ch team at Findea in January 2025. He grew up in Effretikon and has a wide range of interests. He enjoys spending time at the gym, is passionate about cars, and is very interested in fashion and current trends. He also loves traveling and discovering new cultures.

After several years of experience in a trust company, Mariangela decided to attend the finance and accounting specialist course and obtained the federal professional certificate in June 2023. Mariangela gained several years of experience in a small trust company in the canton of Grisons. Mariangela has been working as a consultant at Findea SA in Lugano since February 2024.

Ralph Rüttimann's entry into the professional world began with an apprenticeship as an automation technician. At SIB, he continued his education as a business economist. Ralph Rüttimann was able to gain initial experience in the fiduciary sector while still studying. He then deepened his accounting knowledge at one of the largest law firms in Switzerland. Ralph Rüttimann has worked at Findea AG in the fiduciary sector since July 2018 and obtained a federal financial and accounting certificate in spring 2019.

Marcella Cirillo's professional life began in the classic way with a three-year apprenticeship as a business assistant. She was then able to supplement her part-time studies for a federal certificate in finance and accounting with practical work in a service and collection agency. She has been happy to work for Findea since the beginning of 2020.

Holder of a federal diploma in finance and accounting, Mena has been working in the field of accounting for over ten years. Her career has taken her through diverse environments, including the audiovisual and legal sectors, and later in a fiduciary setting alongside real estate experts. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys sports and reading, which occupy an important place in her free time.

Kristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting & Controlling, followed by the Swiss Advanced Federal Diploma as a Chartered Expert in Financial and Managerial Accounting and Reporting. Her education has been further enriched through numerous advanced courses in areas such as accounting law, corporate consulting, and taxation. Throughout her career, she has held managerial roles with responsibility for mandates involving both local and international companies. She has also led complex projects, including restructurings, liquidations, and corporate recovery measures. In addition, she has gained solid experience in auditing and tax consulting for legal entities. Kristina is an active member of professional associations such as ExpertSuisse and SwissAccounting. In her free time, she enjoys exploring topics related to artificial intelligence and sustainability, and she has a passion for travel—especially discovering nature and urban environments.

Scarlet Rohner began her professional career with a three-year apprenticeship as a hospital clerk. She then gained further experience in this area and successfully completed her federal certificate as a finance and accounting specialist. ‍ In her free time, Scarlet enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She finds the perfect balance to everyday working life when walking with her dog in nature.

Tiziano Nardella discovered his passion for numbers early on. After his commercial training, he decided to specialize in the finance department, where he worked for several years in the field of finance and accounting. Over time, however, he realized that he wanted to apply his strengths and expertise in a more targeted way by providing direct advice to clients. This led him to the fiduciary industry, where he further deepened his expertise by training to become a certified fiduciary expert. Today, he supports his clients with in-depth expertise and practical solutions, always with the aim of optimally addressing their individual financial and business challenges. In addition to his professional activities, Tiziano Nardella is passionate about art photography, in which he realizes his own creative projects as a photographer. Sports also play an important role in his life, especially weightlifting and CrossFit. He is also interested in languages and different cultures, as he values intercultural exchange and enjoys gaining new perspectives.

He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Management and is currently completing a Master’s degree in the same field. During his studies, he developed a growing interest in accounting, taxation, and business law, areas that allow him to analyze economic and business issues with a critical approach. He approaches his work with intellectual curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and a strong inclination toward continuous learning. In his free time, he practices sports and enjoys outdoor activities, especially in the mountains.

Arnaud Emonet has worked for Startups.ch in Winterthur since July 2016. He began as a marketing consultant for western Switzerland and has been a marketing manager since 2019. Arnaud has a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in marketing and communication. By founding his own start-up, Arnaud has gained experience in the areas of entrepreneurship, marketing, real estate and hospitality. Arnaud speaks French, German and English.

Una Vidanovic studied Business and Economics for both her bachelor's and master's degrees at the University of Zurich. During her studies, she gained experience in various fields of work in international companies such as Microsoft and Amazon Web Services. She has been working as a Junior Marketing Manager at Startups.ch since November 2024.

Gisa Blasucci studied Arts of Drama and then worked as an actress in various plays and on television. She has been responsible for the video productions of Startups-TV for 12 years.

Kerstin Frei completed her apprenticeship as a businesswoman in a service company in the Zurich Oberland. After several years of professional experience, she joined the customer care team at Startups.ch in Winterthur since March 2016. In summer 2020, Kerstin completed CAS Paralegal at ZHAW.

I completed a commercial apprenticeship at Echami Echafaudages SA in Geneva and then obtained my vocational diploma. In September 2023, I joined the Startups.ch customer care team while studying business administration at the Haute École de Gestion (HEG) in Geneva.

Selin Karaloglu completed her apprenticeship as a businesswoman at Tisca Tischhauser AG in Urnäsch. Since November 2023, she has been joining the customer care team at Startups.ch in Winterthur. Selin speaks German, English and Turkish.

Jessica Herrmann completed her apprenticeship as a business assistant at AMAG Winterthur. She then obtained her vocational diploma and has now been joining our customer care team at Startups.ch since July 2024. At the same time, she is studying business administration with a specialization in general management at the ZHAW School of Management and Law in Winterthur. Jessica is fluent in German and English.

Rina Ismajli completed her apprenticeship as a commercial employee at Arkema. She then worked in the construction and architecture industry. She now strengthens our team at Startups.ch. At the same time, she will begin her studies in Business Law at the ZHAW School of Management and Law in Winterthur this summer. Rina is fluent in German, English, and Albanian.

Emma Nova supports the team in day-to-day business and is the first point of contact for internal inquiries. She answers customer queries, coordinates administrative tasks and ensures that everything runs smoothly in the background. Emma enjoys jogging, meeting up with friends and discovering new cafés.
